Working Together: Engaging communities to end violence against women and girls

The Government of Canada will accept funding applications for the call for proposals, Working Together: Engaging communities to end violence against women and girls, in four thematic areas:

  1. Preventing and reducing violence against women and girls in high-risk neighbourhoods (Deadline: October 12, 2012);
  2. Engaging men and boys in ending violence against women and girls (Deadline: October 12, 2012);
  3. Preventing and reducing violence against women and girls in the name of “honour” (Deadline: November 9, 2012); and
  4. Preventing and reducing the trafficking of women and girls through community planning (Deadline: November 9, 2012).
