On November 5th, 2012, Cheryl Gallant, Member of Parliament for Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke introduced Bill C-462, the Disability Tax Credit Promoters Restrictions Act

If passed, the Disability Tax Credit Promoters Restrictions Act will restrict the fees charged to disabled Canadians by third party consultants to complete the form to receive the disability tax credit
