Biggest Beer Tax Hike In History

Dear Minister Freeland,

Canadians are already being squeezed by inflation.

Your plan to bring in the biggest tax hike on alcohol in Canadian history, will only make it worse.

Restaurants and bars have not recovered from the lockdowns.

A huge tax hike on beer and wine will only prolong the pain for people working in the hospitality sector.

Please, do the right thing, and end the annual automatic tax hikes on alcohol.
