Disability Tax Credit Consultations

The Disability Tax Credit Promoters Restriction Act, legislation introduced by MP Gallant and passed into law, requires the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to set a cap on the amounts disabled Canadians can be charged by companies who assist with completing the required tax forms. On June, 1st, 2019 CRA published the proposed regulations, capping the fee at $100 per request, per tax year.
